Pragma Health courses

Our courses are a nice way to get to know our lifestyle centre. The courses are developed and led by knowledgeable health coaches. At the moment we have two courses: Mindful Meditation and the Pragma 40-Day Challenge.

Who is this meant for?

If you have many thoughts and feelings that you do or don’t want to allow in and if you want to learn how to approach them objectively, then learning to meditate is helpful for you. In 5 phases you will be guided to the experience of unity that will bring you to an understanding of what to let go of to move on.

Through meditation you will work on calming the nervous system and your thoughts will become clearer.

De 40 dagen uitdaging

”Striving for improvement without aiming for success”

It takes 40 days before a lasting change can take place in our mind and body. This is because you will then have taken enough time to “rewire” your brain. If you are just getting started, and you want to reinvigorate yourself through both physical and mental transformation, then 40 days is the (minimum) challenge.

Scientists have discovered that after 40 days the nerve systems in your brain is altered to achieve lasting change. In summary, 40 days of waking up an hour earlier and training 5 or 6 times a week will create a change in mind and body after 40 days.

The next Pragma 40 Days will begin mid-2021. The course will take place over the course of 8 weeks from Monday to Friday.
